About the FINAS Project
The FINAS (Financial Sustainability in Amateur Sports) project is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of volunteering in grassroots sports clubs. Our mission is to empower club staff—such as board members, sports managers, coaches, and other volunteers—by equipping them with the skills and resources they need to succeed.

- Enhancing Volunteer Effectiveness: We aim to boost the impact of volunteering in sports by providing better support mechanisms for grassroots sports club staff.
